Anne Williams

Anne is a Senior Consultant with Aligned Leadership Group. With over 10 years of experience, Anne brings much expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of learning solutions and also specializes in change management and organizational effectiveness. She has worked for clients in the healthcare, health insurance, legal, professional services and pharmaceutical industries.

In her most recent role, Anne served as a Sr. Organizational Development Consultant for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). She supported HCA’s Integrated Lines of Business by consulting with operational leaders and HR Business Partners to assess organizational and training needs. In addition, Anne collaborated with the Leadership and Organizational Development Center of Excellence to design, develop and facilitate various leadership and organizational development programs.

Prior to HCA, Anne served as a Learning and Performance Solutions Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois for the Subscriber Services Division. She defined and implemented learning strategies across the Division including traditional instructor-led training, on-demand training through web-based eLearning media, and goal based simulation scenarios. In addition, she led an effort to develop and implement training material templates, writing standards, development standards and a quality review process for all course content across the Division.

Anne also spent several years as a Human Performance Consultant with Accenture. In this role, Anne was responsible for project management; corporate communication strategy and planning; organizational and job design; and training design, development and delivery for multiple clients.

Anne resides in Chicago with her husband and two children. In her free time, Anne enjoys exploring Chicago’s cultural activities, culinary scene and traveling with her family.
