Christie Voss is CEO and President of Aligned Leadership Group. For more than 25 years, Christie has served as executive coach and leadership consultant to Fortune 500 and mid-size companies. Christie applies her expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, change management and team performance to create lasting change in leaders and their organizations. As a result, these organizations experience measurable improvement in retention of top talent, employee engagement, productivity and business metrics.

Christie’s most recent consulting experience includes coaching the C-suite for a major global Healthcare system, designing a holistic and results-driven leadership development curriculum, developing and delivering leadership and management courses, serving as the change management expert on acquisition teams and working with intact teams to reach greater levels of performance.

Among many highly regarded companies, Christie's clients have included Children’s Hospital, Cisco Systems, The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Airlines, Hospital Corporation of America, Home Depot, McDonald’s and SunTrust.

Christie’s prior corporate experience includes management roles at Accenture and Cisco Systems where she owned Learning and Development for Business Consultants, led a team of Business Engagement Specialists and Leadership Development Consultants, facilitated Strategic Planning and Alignment processes, coached executives, partnered with clients to create a culture of organizational learning, designed learning and development portfolios, and served as the Change Management expert on large organizational transformation teams.

Christie is a member of Georgia Coaches Association and the National Association of Professional Women who selected her as VIP Woman of the Year for 2016-2017 for excellence, leadership and commitment to her profession.

Christie enjoys writing, speaking, piano performance, fitness and water skiing. She resides in Atlanta with her two children.
