David Brookmire

Dave Brookmire is a senior consultant with Aligned Leadership Group and serves as CEO of Corporate Performance Strategies, a management consulting firm offering leadership and organizational development consulting services to mid-size companies. Dave offers C-level leadership development to bring leaders to the next level. His change management process helps executives significantly improve their leadership skills and impact and to increase their leader brand value.

His most recent consulting experience has included the design and implementation of GM and Sales Management Colleges to build effectiveness and bench strength in these mission-critical roles for a global manufacturer. The Colleges help leaders build stronger leadership skills, run customer-centric and profitable businesses, and implement an outside-in selling approach leveraging the products and services across the enterprise.

Dave’s clients have included ADP, Bekaert, CA, Darden Restaurants, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), McKesson, Platinum Equity, Solvay and UCB.

Dave’s previous corporate experience includes senior Human Resources and business integration roles as a corporate officer with Digital Communications and Profit Recovery Group as well as senior roles with Frito-Lay and General Motors. He led the global Human Resource and strategy functions and has been the integration leader in over 50 transactions.

Dave is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Psychological Association. He serves on GCAPP’s Board of Directors and has served on other non-profit Boards over the years. 

Dave lives in Atlanta and enjoys tennis and time with his grandchildren.
