Glenn Rupert

Glenn is a Senior Consultant with Aligned Leadership Group and serves as Vice-President of The Rupert Group. For more than twenty years, Glenn has provided services in executive coaching, leadership development, change management and team performance to Fortune 500 and mid-size companies. Glenn’s work with clients results in higher retention of top talent, increased employee engagement and improved productivity and operational efficiencies.

Glenn’s recent consulting experience includes coaching the C-suite for a major global Healthcare system, certifying executive coaches globally and delivering training in both classroom and virtual environments. His highly successful virtual environments use on-line collaboration tools to bring global teams together in a positive and lasting way.

Glenn’s prior corporate experience includes executive roles in Human Resources across industries that include manufacturing, high-tech, communications, dot-com, and non-profits. Glenn led many change initiatives and provided team development and coaching to executives in these roles.

Some of Glenn’s clients include Bayer, Cisco Systems, Cone Health Systems, Healthways, Home Depot, Hospital Corporation of America, Merck, Raytheon and Truveris.

Glenn holds 2 internationally recognized coaching certifications: Korn/Ferry International and The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Glenn is a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education.

Glenn enjoys golfing, swimming and chess and resides in Raleigh, NC.
