Suzanne Quentin

Suzanne is a Senior Consultant with Aligned Leadership Group and serves as Managing Director of the Americas Division for Leading Initiatives Worldwide, a global leadership consultancy. For two and half decades, Suzanne has worked with both Fortune 500 and small to mid-sized organizations to optimize employee performance. Suzanne applies her expertise in leadership development, change management, team performance and organizational culture to maximize how effectively people work together to deliver on a vision. The results – higher employee engagement, enhanced operational capacity, retention of top talent, and a spirit of creativity and innovation to deliver exceptional business results.

Suzanne’s recent consulting experience includes coaching senior leaders for a Fortune 100 technology organization, designing and facilitating a multi-phase leadership development program for all leadership levels in a financial services institution, and designing and implementing performance management and leadership onboarding solutions for a major global Healthcare system.

Some of Suzanne’s clients have included Cisco Systems, Genentech, Hospital Corporation of America, Logitech, Silicon Valley Bank and Sanofi.

Suzanne’s earlier corporate experience included management roles at Deloitte Consulting and DA Consulting Group where she was responsible for leading consulting teams during large-scale business process and systems change initiatives. As a senior team leader working directly with VP and C-level executives, she experienced first-hand the leadership and team behaviors that result in successful execution of key initiatives, and those that don’t.

Suzanne is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Association of Talent Development. She has participated in numerous award-winning leadership programs globally including What Works® by Bersin, LEAD by HR.Com and the EFMD Gold award for excellence in leadership practices.

Suzanne enjoys snow skiing and yoga and resides in San Francisco.
