Tara Kinney

Tara Kinney is a Senior Consultant with Aligned Leadership Group and has a diversified portfolio of expertise as an internal and external Performance Consultant in organization effectiveness, leadership development, training and facilitation. She utilizes this unique combination of skills and expertise to synergistically add high value to professionals at all levels, teams, and organizations.

Tara’s recent consulting experience includes the design, launch and facilitation of in-person and virtual Professional Development curricula in both University and Corporate settings, partnering to create unique, creative, and immediately applicable solutions that add value and have enabled her clients to optimize performance and achieve goals and objectives.

Some of Tara’s clients include Asurion, Willis Towers Watson, Belmont University, Tractor Supply Company, Annie Anne’s, Guiding Wellness, Keller Williams, San Antonio College and CrossFit Ferus.

Tara was recognized with an ATD (Association for Training and Development) Excellence in Practice award for the Leadership Development program, FLIGHT, which she designed and collaboratively established.

Tara enjoys indoor cycling and CrossFit and lives military life to its fullest with her 3 children and husband in Fayetteville, NC.
